We are proud to present this beautiful villa, an old
stone farmhouse, restored and modernised, but still keeping its rustic
charm. The nearest town is Monte S. Martino (2km). Located just
northeast of the Umbrian border, it is possible to visit famous towns
like Assisi and the seaside resort of Porto San Giorgio which is less
than an hour away on the Adriatic coast. Located some 400 metres above
the Tenna Valley, spectacular views over the pretty villages and
Sibillini Mountains can be enjoyed from the house as well as the
swimming pool area. This charming villa is also an ideal base for
winter holidays, as it is centrally heated and skiing is available at
only a short distance away.
The villa consists of:
Ground floor - entrance hall, a good size living room, dining
room, kitchen, laundry room and Cloakroom/WC. Mezzanine floor –
sitting room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower
and WC. First floor – 1 double bedroom, 3 twin bedrooms, 2
bathrooms, large terrace. |

A dishwasher, washing machine and
telephone are also provided. The price includes two hours of maid
service per day, 4 days per week. Sleeps 12.
